AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND GOLDSET

As with many semi-qualitative evaluation methods, the outcome of the assessment depends on those conducting the evaluation. It is considered good practice to involve more than one analyst to perform the assessment and as such, a peer review should be conducted.

Local and national laws are not included in the assessment performed with GoldSET; however, these laws should always take precedence over the indications provided by GoldSET.

Golder shall not be held responsible for any damages and losses resulting from any projects in which the GoldSET tool has been involved.
